I posted a review of my Exped DownMat 9 this summer. It was a very positive review. Sadly I started to have a fabric breakdown issue with that pad later in the summer. The pad basically would no longer hold air. My pad was either at the end or just past the 3yr warranty period. I don’t have a receipt so I can’t recall exactly when I bought it.
I contacted Exped’s Canadian distributor and within a 2-3 weeks I had a new pad. No questions asked. No hassles. My only cost was $25 for return shipping of the old pad.
This is a premium product at ~$300 for a camping pad and the customer service lived up to my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Exped product.
